Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Paletería El Paraíso website, which is a fictional demo concept.

1. This is a demonstration

Paletería El Paraíso is not a real business. The name, address (1234 Fiesta Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90001), phone number ((555) 234-5678), hours, menu, and prices are invented for design demonstration. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell goods or services, and no transaction can be completed here.

2. The catering form does nothing

The event catering form is a static placeholder. Submitting it shows an on-screen confirmation and transmits nothing — no request is created, no one is notified, and no date is held. Do not rely on it to book anything.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this demo site, including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or submit automated bulk requests to its forms. The site has no backend, but the rule stands.

4. Intellectual property

The design, copy, and illustrations on this demo site were created for demonstration purposes. You may not present this site as a real business or use its fictional branding commercially.

5. No warranties

This site is provided "as is" for demonstration, without warranties of any kind. Because nothing here is real, there is nothing to warrant — but the lawyers insisted on this section anyway.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of this demo are not liable for anything arising from your visit, mostly because the only thing that can happen here is looking at drawings of paletas.

7. Changes

These terms may change if the concept ever becomes real. Until then, they describe a website about an imaginary ice-pop shop.

8. Contact
